FNW Group has completed the acquisition of BES, further expanding its group of specialist manufacturing and engineering solutions businesses and opening new opportunities for collaboration across its portfolio, including LR Doors, Norwest Roofing, and Fleming Steel | Coatings | Doors.
The addition of BES enhances FNW Group’s ability to deliver combined expertise across steel, roofing, doors, and coatings, with a strong emphasis on collaboration between companies. BES will continue operating under its existing brand while working closely with sister companies across the group.
Andrew Fleming, Chief Executive of FNW Group, said the acquisition is about building stronger connections across the business. “BES is a great fit for FNW Group, not just because of what they do, but because of how they work. There is a real opportunity for BES to collaborate with LR Doors and Fleming Doors in particular to deliver more joined-up solutions for our customers.”

Engagement by teams across the FNW Group to explore joint projects, shared best practices, and coordinated approaches will aim to improve existing day-to-day operations and customer relationships will remain unchanged.
